It’s absolutely normal to sneeze from time to time because your body is trying to eliminate irritants and allergens. – Vitamin C
Another remedy that can help prevent or stop sneezing is increasing the consumption of foods containing vitamin C, such as guava, lemon, melon, berries or sweet peppers. You can also take vitamin C supplements.
This is one of the most effective remedies that can be used to combat constant sneezing because it has been used to treat various nasal or viral problems. You can take 1-2 tablespoons of ginger extract per day to stop sneezing.
Another method of using this treatment is to make ginger tea. Cut a piece of ginger into slices. Put the ginger slices in a cup of boiled water, let it cool down, and then drink it.
