Lately, I’ve seen many people complaining about smelly feet. Even if is not a serious medical issue, smelly feet may indicate the presence of a bacteria which has to be eliminated immediately.
Because of certain footwear, sweat can’t evaporate, and the bacteria normally found on your skin begin to multiply, feeding on sweating and dead skin cells. As a result, the feet will get an unbearable and embarrassing odor.
We all know the power of natural remedies, but to achieve satisfying results you have to apply the remedy more than once.
The next remedy helped many persons struggling with smelly feet to get rid of bacteria and foot odor.
- baking soda
- lavender oil
How to use:
Add baking soda in warm water (1 tablespoon to each 250 ml of water) and soak your feet in this solution for 15 or 20 minutes. In a week you should get rid of the bad smell of legs.
Tip: You can sprinkle baking soda in your footwear before wearing them.
After applying the baking soda remedy, massage your feet with 3-4 drops of lavender oil, insisting between the toes. Don’t rinse and leave the oil do its job until the next morning.
