If you face with reddish hands having small, itchy full of liquid vesicles on them, then certainly you may have eczema. Eczema is frequently accompanied by itching and can occur as a result of getting into contact with dust, cement, tar. Also, getting into contact with detergents can destroy the hydrolipidic film that protects the skin from the aggression of external factors.
Among other factors may be bacterial or fungal infections (skin fungi), contact with metals (watches, bracelets, rings, especially those with nickel and cobalt). Stress also has an important role in triggering hand eczema.
Getting rid of eczema is quite difficult because it’s a long process, especially if you want to use natural remedies. Personally, I gave up using chemical ointments to treat skin disorders because, most of the time, they aren’t so effective and you may have side effects, such as …a bigger eczema. At least, that’s what happened to me!
So, in the following lines I will tell you how I easily got rid of skin eczema using only natural remedies.
- 1-2 cups of Epsom salt
- 1-2 cups of Himalayan salt
- 10-15 drops of essential lavender oil
How to proceed:
Epsom salt is used worldwide to treat a lot of affections, reduces stress and soothing skin problems.
So, add the above ingredients in the bathtub (the water must be warm not hot) and take a 30 minutes bath every evening for 1 week.
After bathing I applied over the eczema aloe vera gel extracted directly from the plant leaf. Let it act overnight and rinse it in the morning. I continue to use aloe vera gel even after the eczema disappeared.
