Homemade Prune Laxative To Get Constipation Relief And Flush Toxins From The Digestive Tract

Constipation can be a real pain in the … posterior, but you can find relief quickly with some effective remedies instead taking laxatives. As a matter of fact, trying to get rid of constipation is not the most delightful task, but it will be your number one priority if you haven’t gone number two for days.

Struggling to poop is one of the worst moments in someone’s life, but this can be avoided by eating the right foods or drinking the right digestive.

I am struggling with constipation for 6 years and I managed to keep it under control with some natural laxatives. Prunes have been used to cure constipation since forever, but somehow my body wasn’t responding when I was eating prunes on empty stomach. So, I decided to prepare an organic prune laxative to get constipation relief and flush toxins from my digestive tract.

What you need:

  • One cup of dates approx 175 grams
  • One cup of prunes approx 175g of prunes
  • Five cups of boiled water

How to Prepare The Homemade Laxative

By using knife slice the dates and prunes thinly. Add all into a pan with one liter of water. Put the mix to boil and simmer for a good half an hour. It will form a really thick syrup. If the mixture is still more alike liquid, cook it for a little bit longer until becomes thick. Next, let it chill and put it into a jar. You can eat this throughout the day or when constipated.

Tip: you can replace dates with dried figs.

Along with this homemade prune laxative remedy you can also try this natural electrolyte drink for a more powerful effect.

  • 1/2 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt Fine Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Organic Epsom Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Non GMO Cream of Tartar
  • 1 – 1/2 cups of cold water

This electrolyte drink for constipation relief, is very refreshing and it also has a very strong laxative effect. It usually starts to work in minutes but you can drink multiple if you are attempting to do a clean out.
