Grandma’s Homemade Ointment To Alleviate That Terrible Joint Pain

Joint pain is more and more common among people of all ages. My grandma is really struggling with this problem for years, and, trust me that she tried all sort of medicines for that. The only ointment which alleviated her pain was a homemade prep recommended by her doctor. Couldn’t believe it at first, but she says that she feels better, and the pain is gone! What can I say, it’s worth trying!

So if you are experiencing affections such as arthritis, arthrosis, rheumatism, gout, sprains, spasms, sciatica or others, try this cabbage ointment.

You need:

– 100 ml of cabbage juice (obtained from fresh cabbage)
– 150 – 200 gr. of pork lard
– 10 gr. of beeswax
– 10 grams of palm oil
– 15 ml of refined alcohol (vodka or brandy)
– a spoonful of honey

Method of preparation:

To prepare this cream, you should put in a pot the cabbage juice, honey and alcohol. Meanwhile, warm the pork lard, add the beeswax and leave it on medium heat until it reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix well, and add the palm, stir well, and take the pot off the fire.

Let the whole mixture cool, and then add it over the cabbage juice, alcohol and honey. Mix slowly to homogenize, and if you can add a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

Then put the mixture in jars and keep them in a cool place. Whenever you face pain, apply the mixture on the problematic area. Such a cream has a shelf life of two months.
