Researchers have found that the bad feet odor is due to a bacterium that ‘nourishes’ dead skin cells and sweat. But with the help of some handy ingredients that you actually have in your pantry, you will easily solve this problem.
Black tea, sage and ginger
Black tea, sage and ginger contain tannic acid. It kills bad smelly bacteria found between your toes. It also closes the pores and reduces the amount of sweat excreted by the feet so that the bacteria will remain without its food.
– 4 black tea bags
– 1 tablespoon of dry sage leaves
– 3 tablespoons of grated ginger
– 500 ml of water
How to use this remedy:
Put all the above ingredients in water and put it to boil. Let it boil for 4 minutes, and then pour it in a basin.
Now, soak your feet in it for 20 minutes daily for a week. Any foot fungus and bacteria should disappear already.
