The nausea feeling is that tiny discomfort you feel in your stomach and makes you think you are about to throw up. Anyone experience this feeling at least once in their life, and there are a bunch of medicines you can take to relieve its symptoms.

  • grate a piece of ginger root
  • boil 200 ml of water
  • add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • let it infuse for 5 minutes, and then drink it as such with small sips. You can drink it on an empty stomach and right after hearty meals.

Chew mint leaves

After each meal, chewing mint leaves can prevent the nausea. In addition, mint tea is beneficial in treating indigestion and irritable bowel syndrome.

So, you can easily prepare a cup of mint tea or simple, chew mint leaves on empty stomach or after meals.

Massage your wrists

Wrist massage prevents and reduces nausea. The area you need to press is located two fingers above your palm. So, massage the area with your thumb for 2-3 minutes.

Tricks to avoid morning sickness

First, you have to avoid stress and overthinking, and for that you can easily practice yoga.

Then, you have to avoid all sort of awkward smells.
