The first signs indicating a urinary tract infection are burning when urinating and pain in lumbar area. Sometimes the impossibility of urinating may indicate a urinary tract infection.
Every woman on this planet is confronted, at least once in her life, with this “I have to pee” problem. But when pee urgency comes along with excruciating pain you have to act immediately.
Of course the first thing you need to do is to see a doctor, but until then, to alleviate the pain and urinating frequency you can use the following natural remedy which literally saved my life.
Sitz baths with pine macerate
- 5 handfuls of pine needles
- 2 liters of water
How to prepare:
Put to macerate for 24 hours the pine needles in 2 liters of spring water. After the time passes, put to boil another 2 liters of spring water. Meanwhile, strain the macerate. Don’t throw the pine needles. After the water start to simmer, remove the pot off fire and add the pine needles. Let them to infuse until the water cools down, and then strain the infusion.
How to use:
In a basin or in the bathtub, pour the pine infusion along with the macerate and take a sitz bath for 30 minutes.
