Natural Hair Dye To Cover Up That Grizzled Hair

If you dye your hair at home it happens often to miss some hair threads, leaving behind a few unsightly gray hair threads. It’s very unpleasant, especially if you have to attend an important event, but if you search quickly in your pantry or in the backyard you will find the following ingredients that will create the perfect natural hair dye!

Grandma is using this natural hair dye for 30 years and it never let her down. Even if she wears that gray hair proudly, sometimes she wants to dye it and she uses only natural ingredients because chemicals will affect badly her hair.

Walnut leaves

These leaves are an excellent idea for covering gray hair threads because they have a strong and long-lasting color.

  • 4 tablespoons of walnut leaves
  • 4 cups of water

Method of preparation and application:

Put the walnut leaves over the amount of water mentioned and leave them to boil for 15 minutes.

Then let it cool until it gets to room temperature.

Strain the walnut leave broth and apply it to your hair. Grandma soaked her hair several times in this mixture. Don’t rinse!

Now let the hair dry naturally!

Tip: for thick hair repeat the dying process.
