Muscle tension and back strain are the main causes of neck pain. Actually, neck pain centers on one location in your neck, but it may disperse at some point, causing muscles spasms and stiffness. Anyone who works from nine to five in front of the computer is familiar with a stiff and sore neck. Most of my colleagues are complaining of pain in the neck problems – sometimes back pain – and we actually have a solution in controlling neck stiffness.
Alongside with neck stretches we are resorting to some acupressure tricks to relieve neck pain. Daily, we are performing some easy neck stretches in order to get rid of a stiff and sore neck. Somehow, these seated stretches are not always effective and the pain still persists in the neck. But, when we massage and stimulate certain areas of our body the pain slowly fades away, triggering the body’s natural self-curative abilities into action.

This point is located in the web between the thumb and the index finger. Stimulating this point helps in reducing tension and uneasiness in the neck and shoulders.
